Using Fairchild’s proprietary trench design and advanced NPT technology, it offers superior conduction and switching performances, high avalanche ruggedness and easy parallel operation. The FAIRCHILD is well suited for the resonant or soft switching application such as induction heating, microwave oven, etc.
