The P5NK50ZFP is the N-channel 500V-1.22Ω-4.4A TO-220/FP/DPAK/IPAK/I2PAK Zener-protected SuperMESH power MOSFET. In addition to pushing on-resistance significantly down, special care is taken to ensure a very good dv/dt capability for the most demanding applications.
